Miss Louisiana Crawfish Queen

Abbey Elizabeth Bigner
Welcome! My name is Abbey Elizabeth Bigner, and I am your Miss Louisiana Crawfish Festival Queen XIX. I am 20 years old, and a lifelong resident of Chalmette, Louisiana. I am a Licensed Esthetician, but when I’m not working, I love crocheting for NICU babies, and watching mystery documentaries. Of course, traveling our state representing the Louisiana Crawfish Festival, the Louisiana Crawfish Fest Foundation, the Knights of Columbus Rummel Council 5747, and the Ladies Auxiliary is always a priority of mine! I was also your 2017 Teen Louisiana Crawfish Festival Queen, which is when my love for this festival truly began to flourish. To be your Miss Louisiana Crawfish Festival Queen means more to me than I can even attempt to express. My goal during my reign is to ensure that the entire state of Louisiana knows not only about the Louisiana Crawfish Festival, but the numerous nonprofit organizations that the Louisiana Crawfish Fest Foundation strives to give back to each year. I’m so excited to have you join me at the 47th Annual Louisiana Crawfish Festival, which will be held March 23-26th, 2023 at the Frederick Sigur Civic Center. Much crawfish love, Abbey!
