ONLY FOOD ITEMS LISTED BELOW MAY BE SOLD BY THE LESSEE. A MAXIMUM OF THREE ITEMS MAY BE SOLD IN A 10’X10’ BOOTH.

A fee of $150.00 per food item will be assessed to your final invoice.

Seafood Policy Statement

As a condition of participation in the Louisiana Crawfish Festival, all seafood (including shrimp, crawfish, native blue crab and oyster) served, sold, or prepared by vendors must be 100% Louisiana wild-caught and sourced. The sale, participation, or service of foreign or imported seafood is strictly prohibited. Links to commercial Louisiana Seafood vendors can be found under the Vendor tab of our website.

The Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry, along with festival officials, will conduct inspections and testing to compliance. Any vendor found in violation of this requirement will be subject to immediate closure of their booth, removal from the festival grounds, and forfeiture of all fees paid, without refund.

This policy is strictly enforced to preserve the authenticity of the Louisiana Crawfish Festival and to support Louisiana’s fishermen and the state’s seafood industry.

By signing below, I, the undersigned, have read, understood, and agree to comply with the above Seafood Sourcing Requirement. I acknowledge that the violation of this policy will result in immediate closure of my booth and forfeiture of all fees paid.

Each vendor is responsible for product liability insurance of one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) and will carry the Louisiana Crawfish Festival as additional insured.

A copy of this insurance policy must be given to the Louisiana Crawfish Festival with the final payment, at the latest.

The Louisiana Crawfish Festival WILL NOT allow any vendor to sell any products without proof of insurance.

All vendors are required to have an up-to-date class ABC fire extinguisher weighing not less than 5lbs..

The officers of the Louisiana Crawfish Festival will inspect the booths nightly for cleanliness. After satisfactory inspection, vendors may return the following year.

All food/beverage handlers and exhibitors must meet the sanitary codes specified by the State of Louisiana and the Parish of St. Bernard.

The Louisiana Crawfish Festival is a family-oriented organization and values the safety and well-being of our vendors and their families. However, for safety and operational reasons, children are not permitted inside vendor booth areas during festival working hours. This policy will be strictly enforced.

Electrical Requirements/Add-Ons

The Louisiana Crawfish Festival will supply one (1) 110-Volt, 20 AMP electrical outlet to each booth. Vendor to supply breaker and outlet with a whip on additional requests.

ALL ADDITIONAL OUTLETS ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL BY THE FESTIVAL BOOTH CHAIRMAN AND MUST BE PREPAID AT THE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS CONTRACT. ANY ADDITIONAL OUTLETS REQUESTED AFTER THIS CONTRACT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED BY THE LOUISIANA CRAWFISH FESTIVAL WILL BE AT THE RATE OF $125 (110-VOLT) AND $250 (220-VOLT).

NO ADDITIONAL OUTLETS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 26, 2026. THERE WILL BE NO ADD-ON’S DURING THE FESTIVAL.

The Lessee will hold harmless the Louisiana Crawfish Festival, the Parish of St. Bernard, and the State of Louisiana from any legal action taken regarding any product sold or exhibited by the lessee at the festival.

The Louisiana Crawfish Festival and any duly authorized offerer thereof, has the right to rescind the lease with or without cause. Any rent that has been collected will be reimbursed on a pro-rata basis and relative to the number of days the lessee has had to forfeit, by way of revision of this lease agreement. The lessee further agrees to hold harmless the Louisiana Crawfish Festival for any losses suffered as a result of this Lease Agreement.
