Agreement to lease Arts and Craft Space for the Louisiana Crawfish Festival, March 26, 2026 through March 29, 2026 on the grounds of the Frederick Sigur Center located at 8245 W. Judge Perez Drive, Chalmette, LA. 70043
A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $150 FOR A 10’X10’ SPACE OR $300 FOR A 10’X20’ SPACE MUST BE RECEIVED BY DECEMBER 1, 2025. YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CONFIRMED ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY JANUARY 19, 2026 AND A COPY OF YOUR INSURANCE.
All vendors must supply their own cover and full class ABC rated fire extinguisher.*
The Louisiana Crawfish Festival reserves the exclusive rights to sell all Louisiana Crawfish Festival merchandise.*
The sale of knives and other articles that could be weapons is strictly forbidden. Our security personnel or Chairman will examine all sale items and illegal sales of merchandise will not be allowed.*
The lessee must carry his/her own Individual Liablity, Personal Injury, and Product Liability insurance no less than $100,000 naming Louisiana Crawfish Festival as additional insured. A copy of a certificate of insurance must be submitted by January 19, 2026. *
It is agreed that the lessee will hold harmless the Louisiana Crawfish Festival, the Parish of St. Bernard, and the State of Louisiana from all claims or liabilities that may arise in the event of any legal action taken regarding any product sold or exhibited by the lessee at the festival.*
Power will be provided for necessary standard lighting and a 110 outlet. If additional power is required, it can be provided for an additional charge.*
The Louisiana Crawfish Festival and any of its affiliates have the right to cancel or rescind this lease with or without cause. Any rents that have been collected will be forfeited by the recession of this lease agreement. The lessee further agrees to hold harmless The Louisiana Crawfish Festival for any losses suffered as a result of recession of this lease agreement.
