Louisiana Crawfish Festival Promotions

The Louisiana Crawfish Festival is quickly approaching and we proudly present the "THE BOIL", "SACK OF TAILS", "HEADS AND TAILS", and the "HOT STUFF CRAWFISH" publicity sponsorship programs. Your company and its commitment to Beautiful and Historic St. Bernard Parish are greatly appreciated.

The festival originated in 1975 and has grown to become a St Bernard tradition. The weekend of festivities boasts proudly of its ability to reunite friends, attract family reunions, spark new relationships and spread joy throughout the entire community and not to mention that Patrons frequent the festival annually, from all areas of the United States and abroad . This spring event kicks off the entire festival season. Our festival features the best Boiled Crawfish in the south and it comes with all the “Fixings”. We also feature crawfish dishes of all kinds!!! Dishes like, Crawfish Bread, Crawfish Pasta, Crawfish Pies, Crawfish Fried Rice, and Crawfish Egg Rolls adorn the limelight while many other food booths tickle just about everyone’s pallet. The last two years have drawn record crowds, and this year promises to be even bigger. Revenue generated from the festival is donated to various Charities and Civic organizations in St. Bernard and the Metro Area.

[ ] $2,000.00: "THE BOIL" sponsor your company will receive the following: A listing of your company's logo will be listed in our ad in the Times Picayune and in our ad on NOLA.com. The distribution date for the Times Picayune is week of the festival. In NOLA.com we will have ads running two weeks prior to the festival. Your company will also be listed on the back of our Crawfish Festival T-shirts and on our Festival website. Your company will also be able to display a banner (approx:24ft by 6ft), on the Crawfish Festival grounds in a high traffic area. The sound booth and stage are the only restricted areas. Your company representative and the grounds chairman will situate the banner. The D.J. on set will announce, throughout the festival, your company’s name, location, and any information your company provides to the festival committee. This information will be broadcasted live when the entertainers are not performing and when the audio set is in the remote status. In addition you will receive an official Louisiana Crawfish Festival Gift Basket filled with Festival merchandise, ride bands and VIP passes.

[ ] $1,000.00: As a "SACK OF TAILS" sponsor your company will also be listed in our ad in the Times Picayune and in our ad on NOLA.com. Your company will also be able to display a banner on the Crawfish Festival grounds (same rules apply as above). Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set. In addition you will receive an official Louisiana Crawfish Festival Gift Basket filled with Festival merchandise, ride bands and VIP passes.

[ ] $500.00: As a "HEADS AND TAILS" sponsor you will be listed in our ad in the Times Picayune. Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set.

[ ] $250.00: As a "HOT STUFF CRAWFISH" Sponsor you will be listed in our ad in the Times Picayune. Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set.

The management and staff will be happy to meet and greet you on the festival grounds. Please identify yourself as a Louisiana Crawfish Festival sponsor so we may express our gratitude and give you the red carpet treatment and a guided tour throughout the festival grounds.
