The Louisiana Crawfish Festival is quickly approaching and is featuring the "Sack of Tails" and the "Hot Stuff Crawfish" publicity sponsorship programs. Your company and its commitment to rebuilding Beautiful and Historic St. Bernard Parish are greatly appreciated. Please, find the Crawfish Chairman on the grounds and receive the red carpet treatment for participation in either of these sponsorships.

The Crawfish Festival has returned to its home located on the grounds of the St. Bernard Parish Government Complex and Fred Sigur Cultural Center, 8200 W. Judge Perez Dr. Chalmette, La. This is another Giant step fueling a sense of stability for St. Bernard Parish residents. Seventy five thousand festival guests are expected to attend the four day festivities!

As a "Sack of Tails" sponsor your company will receive the following:

Your company will be listed in the Times Picayune ¼ page ad in an approximate 1 in. by 3 in. name sponsorship. Distribution dates are Wednesday March 25, 2009 and Friday March 27, 2009. Your company will also be allowed to display a banner (approx:24” by 6 ft), on the Louisiana Crawfish Festival grounds in a high traffic visible area. The sound booth and stage are the only restricted areas. Your company representative and the grounds chairman will situate the banner. The D.J. on set will announce, throughout the festival, the sponsors names and locations from information your company provides to the festival committee. This information will be broadcast live when entertainers are not performing and when the audio set is in the remote status.

As a "Hot-Stuff-Crawfish" sponsor, your company will be listed in the Times Picayune. Your company will be entitled to an approximate ½in. x 2in. name sponsorship. Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set.

The management and staff will be happy to meet you and greet you on the grounds. Please identify yourself as a Sack-of-Tails or a Hot-Stuff Crawfish sponsor so we may express our gratitude and guide you through a tour of the site.
