The Louisiana Crawfish Festival is quickly approaching and we proudly present the "THE BOIL", "SACK OF TAILS", "HEADS AND TAILS", and the "HOT STUFF CRAWFISH" publicity sponsorship programs. Your company and its commitment to rebuilding Beautiful and Historic St. Bernard Parish are greatly appreciated.

The festival originated in 1975 and has grown to become a St Bernard tradition. The weekend of festivities boasts proudly of its ability to reunite friends, attract family reunions, spark new relationships and spread joy throughout the entire community and not to mention that Patrons frequent the festival annually, from all areas of the United States. They arrive by auto, air, bus and train to come in for the spring event that features authentic Cajun cuisine. Boiled Crawfish with all the "Fixins", Crawfish Dishes such as Crawfish Bread, Crawfish Pasta, Crawfish Pies, Crawfish Fried Rice, and Crawfish Jambalaya adorn the limelight while many other food booths tickle just about everyone's pallet. The festival also features a giant mid-way, thrilling rides, and a wide variety of arts and crafts which create a festive family atmosphere. Nearly a hundred thousand patrons are expected to attend the four day BLOW OUT! The Louisiana Crawfish Festival is located at the St Bernard Parish Complex and the Frederick J. Sigur Civic Center, 8200 West Judge Perez Dr. Chalmette, Louisiana. This year promises to satisfy festival revelers of all ages.

As "THE BOIL" sponsor your company will receive the following: A one and a quarter inch by three inch listing of which your company’s logo will be listed in our quarter page ad in the Times Picayune. The distribution dates are Wednesday March 24, 2011 and Friday March 26, 2011.Your company will also be listed on the back of our Crawfish Festival T-shirts. Your company will also be allowed to display a banner (approx:24" by 6ft), on the Crawfish Festival grounds in a high traffic area. The sound booth and stage are the only restricted areas. Your company representative and the grounds chairman will situate the banner. The D.J. on set will announce, throughout the festival, the sponsors names and locations from information your company provides the festival committee. This information will be broadcast live when the entertainers are not performing and when the audio set is in the remote status.

As a "SACK OF TAILS" sponsor your company will also be listed in our quarter page ad in the Times Picayune. The display will be approximately one inch by three inches. Your company will also be allowed to display a banner on the crawfish festival grounds (same rules apply as above). Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set.

As a "HEADS AND TAILS" sponsor you will also be listed in our quarter page ad in the Times Picayune. The display will be approximately three quarters of an inch. Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set.

As a "HOT STUFF CRAWFISH" Sponsor you will also be listed in our quarter page ad in the Times Picayune. The display will be approximately one half of an inch. Your company will also be announced live by the remote D.J. on set.

The management and staff will be happy to meet and greet you on the festival grounds. Please identify yourself as a Louisiana Crawfish Festival sponsor so we may express our gratitude and give you the red carpet treatment and a guided tour throughout the festival grounds.
